Zero Carb Chicken Bread Loaf
Yields: 12 slices
Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken breast or 1 lb chicken breast, precooked
½ cup parmesan cheese
5 large eggs
½ tablespoon avocado oil
Salt to taste
2 tsp baking powder
Optional - seasonings of choice
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 365F.
On medium high heat, cook your chicken in avocado oil and salt. Let cool.
In a blender, add your cooked chicken, eggs, parmesan cheese and baking powder and any additional seasonings and blend until smooth.
Place your bread batter in a well greased loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Slice and serve!
