Ultimate Chef’s Salad
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
Chicken:
- 2 large chicken breast 
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
- 1/2 tsp onion powder 
- Salt & pepper to taste 
- Avocado oil spray 
Toppings:
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce 
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers 
- ¼ cup sweet peas 
- 5-6 strips crispy bacon, chopped 
- ½ cup diced ham 
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese 
- 3 hard boiled eggs 
- 1 spring green onion, sliced 
Creamy Balsamic Dressing:
- 1 cup avocado mayo 
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
- 2 tbsp sugar free honey 
- 1/2 tsp paprika 
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
- 1/2 tsp onion powder 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
Directions:
- Season your chicken and airfry at 400F for 20 mins, flipping halfway through. Once cooked, set aside. 
- Cut your vegetables, and make everything for your toppings as your chicken is cooking. 
- In a large bowl or mason jar, add all of your ingredients for your dressing and mix. 
- Assemble your salad! Lettuce at the bottom, and all of your desired toppings on top. 
- Dress your salad with your creamy balsamic dressing and enjoy!
