Ingredients:
1 cup of heavy cream (per ice cream flavor)
⅓ cup of powdered sweetener
Chocolate flavor: ¼ cocoa
Vanilla Flavor: 1 to 2 tablespoon of vanilla flavoring
Peanut butter flavor: ¼ cup of peanut butter
Pinch of salt (optional)
Directions:
Whip heavy cream and sweetener to soft peaks.
Then fold in flavorings/cocoa.
Whip again till stiff peaks.
Place in a mason jar or a container with a lid in the freezer for 2 to 4 hours until it’s set.
