Yields: 9 brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup powdered allulose
3 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar free dark chocolate chips
Optional - 1 tsp instant coffee
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
Spray your pan with oil spray of choice or butter.
Add your batter into the pan and bake: 6x8: 15-20 mins on convection OR 30 mins regular setting 8x8: 12-16 mins on convection OR 25 mins regular setting.
If your brownies are not cooking in the center or getting brown too quickly, add a piece of aluminum foil on halfway through cooking.
