Pomegranate Guacamole Dip

Ingredients:
4 large avocados
1 lime, juiced
½ red onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 jalapeno, finely diced and fully deseeded
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
½ cup pomegranate seeds

Directions:
In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients except your pomegranate seeds.
Using a fork or potato masher, mash your guacamole until your desired texture. You can make it chunky or smoother.
Add your pomegranates and use more to top if you’d like
Serve with low carb crackers or chips!
