No Bake Churro Cheesecake Bars
Yields: 12 Bars
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour 
- ½ cup powdered sweetener 
- 5 tbsp Butter melted 
- 2 tsp Cinnamon 
Cheesecake Layer:
- 16 ounces softened light cream cheese 
- 1 cup greek yogurt 
- 1 scoop Flavcity Vanilla protein powder (discount code: LCL15) 
- 2/3 cup heavy cream 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 1 cup powdered sweetener 
- Squeeze of lemon juice 
Churro Topping:
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar Substitute 
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon 
- Sugar free caramel sauce 
- Strawberries 
Directions:
- For the crust, whisk together almond flour, cinnamon and powdered sugar. 
- Add melted butter and mix well until you have a crumbly texture. 
- Pour the mixture into a parchment paper lined pan. Press down firmly to create a crust. Place in the freezer, while you prepare the cheesecake layer. 
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar. 
- Add sour cream, vanilla and heavy cream. Mix until you have a creamy, smooth texture. 
- Pour cheesecake layer on top of crust layer. 
- Top with desired amount of the cinnamon-sugar topping, press this down so it sticks. 
- Return the pan to the freezer to set. Approximately 2 hours.
