Low Carb Hawaiian Rolls
Yields: 9 rolls
Ingredients:
Bread
1 cup powdered egg whites
1 cup water
1 cup cottage cheese, blended
2 tbsp powdered sweetener or honey
Homemade honey butter:
3 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F
Whip water and powdered egg whites to stiff peaks
Blend cottage cheese and sweetener together
Fold egg whites and cottage cheese together and transfer to pan.
Prepare your 8x8 square pan
Using a large ice cream scooper, scoop 9 dollops.
Bake for 35 mins and allow to cool.
As your rolls are baking, make your honey butter
Remove your buns from the oven and top with honey butter! Enjoy immediately.
