Low Carb Hawaiian Rolls
 
            Yields: 9 rolls
Ingredients:
Bread
- 1 cup powdered egg whites 
- 1 cup water 
- 1 cup cottage cheese, blended 
- 2 tbsp powdered sweetener or honey 
Homemade honey butter:
- 3 tbsp Choczero sugar free honey 
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter 
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350F 
- Whip water and powdered egg whites to stiff peaks 
- Blend cottage cheese and sweetener together 
- Fold egg whites and cottage cheese together and transfer to pan. 
- Prepare your 8x8 square pan 
- Using a large ice cream scooper, scoop 9 dollops. 
- Bake for 35 mins and allow to cool. 
- As your rolls are baking, make your honey butter 
- Remove your buns from the oven and top with honey butter! Enjoy immediately.
