Low Carb French Fries
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 large rutabagas washed and patted dry
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat your airfryer to 400F.
Peel and wash your rutabagas. Each of my rutabagas were about a pound.
Slice your rutabagas into thin slices. Mine were about ¼ inch thick, but as long as you make them look like fries you should be good to go!
Place them in a mixing bowl. Add your avocado oil and mix well. Add the spices and mix until the rutabaga fries are well coated in it.
Transfer the seasoned rutabaga fries to the lined sheet and airfry for 10-15 minutes at 400F, tossing every 5 minutes. You want to make sure that
Remove from the airfryer and enjoy immediately.
If you want to bake, you can place it on a cookie sheet and bake for 400F for 15-20 mins, tossing every 5 mins.
