Lasagna Bake Meal Prep

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef 

  • ¼ onion diced 

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder or minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp oregano

  • 1 tbsp chili flakes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1-10oz bag steamed cauliflower florets (water drained)

  • 1 jar low sugar marinara sauce 

  • 15 oz low fat ricotta cheese 

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup low fat mozzarella cheese 

Directions:

  1. Steam and squeeze out the excess moisture from your cauliflower. If not, your casserole will end up a little watery.
