Keto Pumpkin Whipped Coffee (Dalgona)
 
            I’ve been obsessed with dalgona coffees and this is a great twist to the drink, but of course low carb and keto-friendly!
Pumpkin Spice Dalgona Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
- 1 tbsp instant coffee 
- 1 tbsp sweetener 
- 2 tbsp water 
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree 
- 1 cup almond milk 
- 1 tbsp heavy cream 
- 1 cup ice 
Directions:
- In a stand mixer, add your instant coffee, water, sweetener and pumpkin spice in a bowl 
- Whip until this mixture reaches stiff peaks 
- In a large cup, add your ice, almond milk, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, cinnamon and mix. 
- Add your whipped mixture on top and serve!
