Ingredients:
3 celery
1-2 head of cauliflower
5 boiled eggs
¼ cup of red onion
1 cup of Mayo
1 large dill pickle
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
¼ cups olives
1 tablespoon of sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
½ tablespoon of sweetener
Paprika and Cayenne pepper sprinkled on top
Directions:
Boil the cauliflower until al dente.
Hard boiled the eggs.
Run through a food processor or leave bigger chunks.
Add ingredients to a bowl and mix in with cauliflower.
Adjust the taste to salt and pepper.
