Ingredients:
⅔ cups of powdered sweetener
6 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of non dairy milk
½ tablespoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Milk and white chocolate chips
Directions:
Add the sweetener, milk, vanilla, peanut butter, and coconut to a bowl.
Taste and add salt to taste.
Blend until it forms a dough.
Set aside.
Melt chocolate chips.
Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners.
Add a tablespoon of melted chocolate in liner.
Shape peanut butter into round flat disc.
Add to the liner with chocolate and add more to cover the top.
Set in the freezer or fridge.
