½ teaspoon of baking powder
¼ cup of sour cream
¼ teaspoon of salt
Toppings of choice:
Bell pepper
Sun dried tomatoes
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Parchment line a baking sheet pan (9x13).
Spread the batter even and tap on the counter to help get it more evenly spread and get all of the air bubbles out.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Allow it to cool and cut into slices.
