Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1-2 shots espresso shots (2 for a stronger drink)
2 tbsp my homemade vanilla syrup
½ tsp black strap molasses
2 cups ice
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk or zero sugar oat milk
Dash of cinnamon
Directions:
In a large cup, add your ice and milk sub of choice.
Now, you can make your “brown sugar” syrup separately or just add everything into one cup and mix. If you want to make it separately, add your molasses into your vanilla syrup and mix. If not, just add directly into the cup.
Once your syrup is added, top it with your espresso shots and a dash of cinnamon and enjoy! You can shake or just mix thoroughly.

This wonton-inspired chicken soup is cozy, nourishing, and deceptively simple. Fragrant ginger, garlic, and onion simmer in rich bone broth to create a deeply savory base, while tender spoon-dropped “wontons” cook directly in the soup, soaking up all that flavor without any fussy folding. Baby bok choy adds freshness and crunch, and a drizzle of chili oil at the table brings just the right amount of heat. It’s the kind of soup that feels comforting and restorative, equally perfect for a quiet weeknight or feeding a table full of people who need something warm and satisfying.
This cabbage noodle bake is a lighter, cozy twist on classic lasagna—no pasta required. Tender cabbage leaves stand in for noodles, layered with a simple garlicy meat sauce, a creamy ricotta filling, and plenty of cheese (measured with your heart). It’s comforting, satisfying, and the kind of dish that feels both nostalgic and a little bit clever—perfect for when you’re craving something warm and familiar, but a touch lighter.
This creamy Tuscan-style chicken soup is rich, comforting, and packed with protein. Tender bites of chicken simmer in savory bone broth with garlic, Italian herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, and a hint of heat, then finished with half & half, Parmesan, and fresh spinach for a velvety, restaurant-quality finish. It’s cozy enough for a chilly night yet simple enough for a weeknight dinner—and tastes even better the next day.
