High Protein Fudgy Brownies
Yields: 12 Brownies
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Choczero milk chocolate chips (1 cup melted, 1 cup not)
½ cup avocado oil
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (discount code: lowcarblove)
⅓ cup superfine almond flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F
In a large bowl, add your cup of milk chocolate chips and microwave in 30 sec increments
Add all of your ingredients and mix. Once your brownie batter is fully mixed, add the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips
Grease or line your 9x9 brownie pan with parchment paper
Add your batter, smoothening the top
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving!
