Servings: 12- 15 Strawberries
Ingredients:
12-15 strawberries washed and completely patted dry
Choczero Chocolate
- 7 oz White chocolate
- 12 oz Milk or Dark chocolate
Red Food Coloring
1 tsp avocado oil or coconut oil (for thinning out chocolate)
Directions:
Melt the chocolate in 15 to 30 second intervals
Add ½ teaspoon of avocado oil or coconut oil, at a time to help thin it out
Dip a strawberry one at a time
Drain excess and place on parchment or wax paper
Allow to set in the fridge
Decorate using piping bags, nuts, sprinkles
To mix in coloring you will need to add more oil to help thin it out as you add color
