1 medium to large mason jar with a screw-on lid
½ cup shredded chicken
½ cup romaine lettuce
3-4 cherry tomatoes, diced
¼ cup soy black beans (optional)
¼ cup red bell pepper
¼ cup feta cheese
¼ cup homemade tortilla chips (Alamadre)
Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing:
1 cup ranch dressing (premade or homemade)
½ lime, juiced
¼ cup cilantro, finely minced
1 tsp Choczero sugar free honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a blender, add in all of your ingredients and blend until smooth.
Add your dressing on the bottom of your mason jar and add in all of your ingredients
