Chicken Sausage Omelette

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1 chicken sausage 

  • 2 tbsp red bell pepper 

  • 2 tbsp green bell pepper 

  • 2 tbsp diced red onion 

  • ¼ cup spinach 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • Optional - garlic powder, onion powder 

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil 

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, add your avocado oil, peppers and onion over medium high heat. 

  2. Saute for 2 - 3 minutes and add your chicken sausage.

  3. Add your spinach and let it cook.

  4. Add your whisked eggs and season with whatever seasonings you like!

  5. Cook until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
