2 tbsp green bell pepper
2 tbsp diced red onion
¼ cup spinach

Directions:
In a large skillet, add your avocado oil, peppers and onion over medium high heat.
Saute for 2 - 3 minutes and add your chicken sausage.
Add your spinach and let it cook.
Add your whisked eggs and season with whatever seasonings you like!
Cook until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
