¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella
8 oz cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup half and half
Topping
½–1 cup shredded cheddar or cheddar/mozzarella blend
Optional: crushed pork rinds for a crunchy topping
Directions:
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium casserole dish.
In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix.
Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheese (and pork rinds if using).
