Air Fryer Pumpkin Pie Cinnamon Rolls
Servings: 8 cinnamon rolls
Ingredients:
- 3 low carb flour tortillas 
- 4 tbsp softened light cream cheese 
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree 
- 4 tbsp brown sweetener 
- 1 tbsp cinnamon 
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice 
- Avocado oil spray 
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 3 tbsp softened cream cheese 
- 1-2 tsp almond milk (to thin it out) 
- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup 
- Optional: 1 tbsp pumpkin puree 
Directions:
- Layer your tortilla with cream cheese, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. You can also mix your puree with the cream cheese already. 
- Add cream cheese to your second tortilla and place it on top of the first tortilla almost like making a quesadilla. Do that to your third. 
- Roll it up and slice it into 8 pinwheels. 
- Airfry at 400F for 5-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy. 
- If you like crispy edges, make them smaller.
