Air Fryer Chicken Crust Pizza
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1 egg
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ cup shredded parmesan
Toppings:
2/3 cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 packet of pepperoni
Directions:
Add all of the seasonings, eggs, and parmesan cheese to a bowl with the ground chicken and mix.
Spray some avocado oil over the parchment paper lined in your air fryer.
Press the chicken mixture and spread out evenly.
Airfry at 400F for about 7-10 minutes until golden brown
Add marinara and toppings.
Airfry for 2-3 minutes at 375F until the cheese is bubbling and melty!
Slice and enjoy!
