2 oz softened cream cheese
1 large egg, room temperature
2 tbsp powdered allulose
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Whipped cream to top
Directions:
In a microwave safe ramekin or mug, mix all of your ingredients and mix until combined. Make sure that your cream cheese is softened, or else you cheesecake will not turn out.
Microwave for 90 seconds, then allow to cool for 10 mins. You can slo place it in the fridge as well. Top with whipped cream, or enjoy with fruit!
