Ranch Dressing
Ingredients:
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise 
- ¼ Cup Sour Cream, 
- 2 teaspoons Dried Chives 
- ½ teaspoon Dried Dill 
- ½ teaspoon Dried Parsley 
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder 
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder 
- ¼ teaspoon Salt 
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper 
- ⅓ cup of Almond milk 
- ⅓ cup of heavy cream 
Directions:
- In a medium sized bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and all of the seasonings. 
- Whisk in milk and heavy cream milk until smooth 
- Dressing is best chilled 2 hours before serving.

Thousand Island Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise 
- 2 tablespoons sugar free ketchup 
- 2 tablespoons dill pickles finely chopped 
- 2 teaspoons finely diced red onion 
- 1/4 teaspoon finely minced garlic 
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar 
- 1 teaspoon of sweetener 
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 
- 1/8 teaspoon salt plus more to taste 
- 2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce (optional) 
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. 
- Taste and add additional salt if desired. 
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Caesar Dressing
Ingredients:
- 2 small garlic cloves, minced 
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste 
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (1 cup) 
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil 
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. 
- Add the mayonnaise,Cheese, salt and pepper and whisk until well combined. 
- Adjust to taste. 
- Place in the fridge for an hour before serving for a richer taste.
