3 Ingredient Ice Cream Bars
Yields: 4 bars
Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla protein yogurt
½ cup sugar free dark chocolate chips, melted
¼ cups roasted almonds, diced
Optional - Sugar free honey or maple syrup
Popsicle sticks or wooden spoons
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dollop your yogurt into circles. You can add any additional sweetener at this point.
Place your popsicle sticks down and freeze for 1-2 hours
Remove from the freezer and dip in melted chocolate
Coat with almonds and throw it back into the freezer.
