2 Ingredient Bread
Yields: 8 Slices
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or full-fat)
1 cup egg white protein
1 cup water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a bread pan with parchment or lightly grease it.
In a large stand mixer, add your egg white protein powder and water. You’re going to mix this on medium high until you see stiff peaks (6-8 mins)
Fold in your Greek yogurt to make sure that you don’t deflate your egg whites.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray avocado oil to make sure that your bread doesn’t stick.
Add your batter into your loaf pan. This will be super high, you want that!
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let cool for 10-15 minutes. It will shrink slightly when cooled. Slice and enjoy with peanut butter and jelly!
