½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Optional: 1 tsp xanthan gum or cornstarch (use if you’re using egg whites)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients together and whip until combined.
Line a pie pan with parchment or spray with avocado oil.
Pour your batter in your prepared baking pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean!
