Steak Fajitas
Ingredients:
1 Ribeye steak
½ onion diced
½ red bell pepper sliced in strips
½ green bell pepper sliced in strips
½ jalapenos sliced
½ tsp pollo asado seasoning (more if you’d like)
Salt and pepper to taste
Avocado oil
Directions:
Slice your steak into strips. I cut mine to be about ½ inch thick.
Season your steak with your pollo asado seasoning, salt and pepper. You can use anything you want for seasonings.
In a saucepan, add your avocado oil and steak into the skillet. You’re going to cook your steak ½ way through because you’ll add it back into your pan after the veggies. Remove your steak from the pan and transfer to a plate
Add a little bit more avocado oil in and add in your jalapenos, bell peppers and onion and saute until soft.
Transfer your steak back into the pan and toss for 2-3 more minutes and you’re done! Enjoy with a low carb tortilla or by itself.
