Keto Pecan Pralines
Servings: 12
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of roasted pecans
1 stick of butter cut and separate one tablespoon
¼ of salt
⅓ cup powdered sweetener (allulose)
½ cup of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Molten salt (optional)
Directions:
Roast the pecans on the stove top for a couple of minutes, just until they get fragrant.
Set aside.
To a skillet, add your butter, except the tablespoon, to a pan set over medium heat.
As the butter starts to melt, add the powdered sweetener and heavy cream to the pan. Stirring frequently.
Add in pecans.
Once you see a caramel color, turn the heat off and remove the pan from the stove.
Add the remaining one tablespoons of butter, along with the vanilla extract.
Mix well.
Use a tablespoon to scoop out some of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Put the baking sheet in the fridge for about an hour or until they are fully set and enjoy!
