My Mom's Chicken Salad
 
            My Mom’s Chicken Salad Recipe:
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
- 3 heaping cups of chicken, boiled and shredded (I used about 2 breasts and 3 thighs, but you can use all of one type of meat) 
- ¾ cup mayo 
- ½ cup sour cream, heaping 
- 2 cup frozen mixed veggies (**Please Note: Mixed Veggies can be replaced with just green beans and carrots**) 
- 1 tsp garlic powder 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
- Optional: Top with cayenne and paprika 
Directions:
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients in and mix, that’s it! 
- Refrigerate overnight, or enjoy right away!
