3 Ingredient Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Bars
Yields: 2 bars!
Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla protein yogurt
½ cup sugar free white chocolate chips, melted
¼ cup freezer dried strawberries, chopped
½ cup fresh strawberries, diced
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Dollop your yogurt into 2 large circles.
Add 1 spoonful of fresh strawberries on top of each yogurt dollop.
Press the strawberries into the yogurt and form a circle.
Place your popsicle sticks down and freeze for 1-2 hours.
Remove from the freezer and dip in melted chocolate.
Coat with freezer dried strawberries and throw it back into the freezer.
