Dump + Bake Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1 10oz box low carb pasta
1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 jar alfredo sauce
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Optional - Red chili flakes and italian seasoning
½ cup almond milk
1.5 cups Kettle and Fire chicken broth
1 cup broccoli florets, diced
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley to top
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F
Add everything into an 8x8 pan and mix.
Bake for 25 minutes until pasta has cooked. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes at the top for a golden brown finish. You’ll need to bake for longer if you’re using a regular pasta.
Top with parsley and enjoy!
