Cheesy Cauliflower Pizza

 
 

Yields: 8 slices

Ingredients:

  • 2 bags frozen riced cauliflower, water drained out  

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup pizza or marinara sauce 

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 10-20 pepperoni slices (or any topping of choice) 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. In a large bowl, cut a corner of your frozen riced cauliflower and microwave for 1-2 minutes, steaming your cauliflower.

  3. Using a rag, or cheesecloth, ring out all your water until your cauliflower is dried out  

  4. Add your parmesan cheese and egg and mix until well combined

  5. On a place of parchment paper, add your pizza dough and spread to ¼ inch thin

  6. Bake for 15 minutes until your crust is golden.

  7. Remove your parchment paper and add your desired toppings onto your pizza.

  8. Bake again for 10 mins until golden brown and crispy.

  9. Allow to cool, slice and enjoy!
