15 Min Air Fryer Meal - Buffalo Chicken Baked Pasta

Ingredients:
1 box low carb Kaizen ziti pasta
1 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
½ cup cherry tomatoes
¼ cup mozzarella balls (optional, or use more mozzarella cheese)
1 chicken breast, butterflied or 2 thin chicken breast cutlets
Salt and pepper to taste
Top with parsley + grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook your pasta, based off of your box instructions. I cooked mine for about 7-8 minutes.
Season your chicken breast with salt and pepper and air fry at 400F for 6-8 mins until cooked through. Dice your cooked chicken breast.
Once pasta is cooked, drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix together. Top with mozzarella cheese and parmesan.
Airfry your pasta for 5 mins until your cheese is melty.
Enjoy immediately or place in an airtight container for leftovers.
