Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast or tenders cut into strips
1 packet taco seasoning
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, cut into strips
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp avocado oil spray
Salad mix or cauliflower rice
Directions:
Slice your chicken breast.
Place your chicken, vegetables, avocado oil, salt, pepper, taco seasoning into the gallon sized bag or bowl and mix everything together.
You can let it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes or overnight.
When you are ready to cook it, add it to your airfryer and airfry at 375F for 15 minutes.
If you are meal prepping this dish, you can add it to your meal prep containers with some cauli rice or some salad!
