Air Fryer Juicy Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients:
1- 3.5-4lb whole chicken, insides removed
2 tbsp room temp butter (under skin)
3 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp italian seasoning
½ tsp dried oregano
Directions:
Wash and pat dry your chicken making sure that your insides are removed. Gently lift the chicken skin from the breast.
Where you’ve lifted your skin, you’ll add your softened butter.
Make your rotisserie marinade by adding your avocado oil and seasonings in one bowl. Rub this marinade all over your chicken.
Preheat your airfryer oven to 375F and place your chicken inside breast side down. Air fry for 40 minutes, then flip, airfrying it for your last 10 minutes.
Make sure that your chicken breast is cooked to 165F, cut in and enjoy!
