Microwavable Bread:
Ingredients:
¼ cup unsalted butter room temperature
4 large eggs room temp
3⁄4 cup almond flour
2 tablespoon baking powder
Stuffing:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Kettle and Fire Organic chicken broth
2 tbsp heavy cream
11 oz beef chorizo sausage
¼ diced onion
1 large celery stick diced
Herbs of choice - finely diced parsley and sage
¼ cup pecans
Salt to taste
Directions:
Add bread ingredients into a square glass dish and microwave for 90 secs. Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool. The bread will begin to harden.
Preheat oven to 325F and toast bread for 5-8 mins until toasted!
In a separate saute pan, add butter, diced onions and diced celery and cook until tender and translucent.
Add chorizo and cook until crispy or desired texture

Add bread back into the pan with Kettle and Fire Bone Broth, heavy cream, pecans and herbs
Add salt to taste and transfer to a casserole dish
Bake at 325F for 20 minutes
