Keto Sushi Bites

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 2 - 6 oz cans tuna 

  • 1/4 cup mayo

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Avocado on top

  • 1 Cucumber sliced

Directions:

  1. Slice your cucumbers.

  2. Add tuna, mayo, seasonings, and sriracha into a bowl and mix until well combined.

  3. Spoon some of the tuna mixture on top of the cut cucumber slices.

  4. Add a piece of avocado to each one and enjoy!
