3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Brownies

Yields: 9 brownies

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 cup powdered sweetener

  • Optional - Fresh peanuts to top + chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F. 

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix until a batter has formed. Batter will be thick. 

  3. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil to keep your parchment paper down. If using a smaller pan, you’ll have to bake for longer (about 45-50 mins)

  4. Pour your batter into your pan and bake for 25-30 mins until fully cooked.

  5. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
